  • Participants registered under the full rate or student registration modes are entitled to present up to two papers.
  • Participants registered under the virtual registration mode are entitled to present one paper.

If you do not remember the abstract code(s), you can get it from the abstract acceptance notification, from the abstract search engine at http://www.formatex.info/biomicroworld2017/acceptedabstracts.php, or you can contact us asking for it at [email protected] and register later.

If you did not submit your abstract yet, please do it before registering or contact the conference secretariat at [email protected] to confirm that you will submit your abstract later.

Please note that:

  • Deadline for early registration is 31 May 2017. Registration (including payment) must be performed no later than that date to apply for early registration fees. Thereafter registration fees will be increased as published.
  • Deadline for late registration is 5 September 2017. Registration (including payment) must be performed no later than that date to apply for late registration fees.
  • Registrations will be accepted only exceptionally from 6 September 2017 on. On-site registration fees will always be applied to those registrants (payment by credit card or bank transfer will be accepted till 9 October 2017. From that date on, registration fees must be paid the first day of the conference by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash)
  • On-site registration fees will always be applied to on-site registrants. They are expected to pay that fee the first day of the conference by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash.
  • Students are required to send a copy of their student card or similar document to the Conference Secretariat by email: [email protected] or by fax: +34 924 26 30 53 to apply for the Student registration fee.
  • Invoices of payments will be handed over during the conference (or posted after the conference for virtual participants) unless they are required before.

Step 4. On-site registration finished!

Thank you for filling the online registration form for the BioMicroWorld2017 Conference

You will be requested to explicitly confirm your attendance to the conference by answering an email that will be sent from Conference Secretariat requesting such confirmation during the period 19 - 24 October 2017. It will be necessary to send some document to prove the attendance: copy of the visa, proof of accommodation... Failure to do this will result in withdrawal of the work(s) from the Final Program and cancellation of your registration for the conference.

As on-site registrant, you are expected to pay the registration fee the first day of the conference by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash.
